This spacious and beautiful modern chalet can accommodate up to 8 adults and children over 2 years old, as well as babies.

Nestled in the heart of a wooded area, this haven of peace has a terrace with an intimate spa, BBQ and outdoor furniture for moments of ultimate and convivial relaxation. Its very well equipped kitchen with pantry will allow you to prepare delicious meals, as well as share good times

In addition, for total relaxation, a hammock is installed outside. You can rest peacefully, lulled by the breeze, in harmony with the nature that surrounds you. It's a perfect place to read a good book, take a nap or simply take in the scenery.

The open-concept interior offering a breathtaking panoramic view is lit by the warmth of a wood-burning fireplace, creating an unrivaled ambiance. Plus enjoy an outdoor fireplace all year round.

But that's not all. The chalet offers a unique asset with privileged access to Lake Beaulac. This crystalline lake becomes a place of refreshment and rejuvenation. You can swim in its clear waters, fish, canoe and other water activities or simply lounge by the lake, listening to the gentle lapping of the waves on the shore. The connection with nature is complete, allowing you to fully enjoy the benefits of water and nature.

In all seasons, many activities are available in the chalet and the surrounding area: Cross-country skiing, Alpine skiing, snowshoeing, sliding, SPA la source in Rawdon or Golf at l'Etérel; dog sledding, Dorwin Falls, numerous restaurants and grocery stores in Rawdon and Chertsey, activities in Abraska, mountain biking, hiking, mountain biking, pedal boats, canoeing, kayaking, etc. Many ski resorts nearby including Montcalm skiing 10 minutes away, Ski la Reserve, Val St-Côme.

Housing

The AuCalm chalet has many amenities in order to combine comfort and relaxation for the perfect escape into nature. You will be enchanted by this beautiful place, designed to meet all your needs.

The garden level has a heated floor. There you will find a living room and a television, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 flashlight, books and games for children, heated floor.

On the ground floor (upper floor) you will find: the main living room with central fireplace, a television and DVD player, the master bedroom with playpen, a protective barrier for stairs for babies, the kitchen, the bathroom dining room, laundry room, 1 bathroom, 1 flashlight and other games.

Other points to note

• Arrival is after 5 p.m. and departure is before 11 a.m.

• The chalet is strictly non-smoking inside.

• No party.

• No noise or music *after 10 p.m.

• Respect at all times for the neighborhood and the tranquility of the place. Day & evening & night.

• No fireworks.

• Safe and calm environment: exterior surveillance camera, first aid kit, carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher.
